About me:
Yoga has been a part of my life since a young age, it has been a reliable companion throughout my professional journey. Breathing techniques and meditation have been my go-to practices, helping me find balance and peace in various phases of my life.
As a fashion designer in a competitive and stressful environment, I found myself turning to yoga for inner balance. The practice of yoga helped me find a sense of calm amidst the chaos of the design and manufacturing industry.
Martial arts taught me discipline and self-control, while yoga helped me find inner peace. The sense of purpose has always been a part of my, and these practices have helped me stay grounded and focused on my goals.
As I journeyed through life, I came to the realization that humanity is going through a phase of intense change. It became clear to me that we need tools and education to create a safe environment for the new era. My personal experience with yoga led me to the conclusion that it is a means to a safe path towards this new era. This realization inspired me to make yoga my path and share its benefits with others.
In 2008, I began my journey in teaching yoga and have since continued to expand my knowledge through training programs in massage, aromatherapy, counseling, and hypnosis. I believe that prevention, body care, and taking care of trauma are essential to living a balanced life. I continue to learn and grow, the feeling that I have made the right choices in pursuing this path grows stronger.
One of the most satisfying aspects of my journey in teaching yoga has been seeing the bright and peaceful faces of my students after a practice. It brings me great joy to know that I have helped others find a sense of calm and balance in their lives through the practice of yoga.

A final note
“Know thyself” is a famous quote from ancient Greek philosophy that encourages self-awareness and introspection. Understanding oneself is a crucial step toward personal growth and fulfillment. By taking the time to reflect on our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we can gain valuable insights into our strengths, weaknesses, and values. Whether you’re embarking on a new journey of self-discovery or simply seeking to deepen your understanding of yourself, remember that the journey is just as important as the destination.
