What I love most about what I do.
What I love most is when after the lesson I see the change in mood the change in emotion the smile on the face the change in body movement the change in posture. An inner peace replaces the stress and anxiety.
Focusing on the eternal now makes the miracle of presence. And when you are present in the here and now there is no stress the mind relaxes and it is easy to make a proper assessment of the situation and take action from a position of strength.
And what motivates me is to see people grow stronger physically mentally and spiritually by moving on the path of self-awareness and that of love.
